 I registered, now what Do I do?
-After Your Application you get An Email with A payment Link and instructions how to enter Guido's VIP room. After we received the payment you will be granted acces to the VIP Room.

How Long can I stay in the VIP Room?
- With your Application for a single class you automatically receive your IVory membership which includes 1 month acces to GuidosVIProom, starting one week prior to the class and finishing three weeks after the class.
After this period the group acces will be refreshed.
Gold members receive acces for a subsequently period of six month.
Platinum members receive a full year membership.

How / WHere will the  online classes be given?
- Within the group you will receive the private link where to acces the class. 

HOW CAN I WATCH THE CLASS?
 - YOU CAN WATCH THE CLASS FROM YOUR CELL PHONE, TABLET OR COMPUTER.

Do I need to install additional software?
- No, you don't need to install additional software. 
It is recommended to view the class from a computer for a better experience.
The PDF tutorials you will receive after the class you will be able to open with a basic PDF reader.

What if I Cant watch the class or i HAVE TECHNOLOGICAL OR INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEMS, OR i FORGOT TO CONNECT?
- YOU WILL RECEIVE THE VIDEO REGISTRATION OF THE CLASS A FEW DAYS AFTER THE CLASS TOOK PLACE. wITHIN THE GROUP YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK YOUR QUESTIONS AND CONTINUE TO LEARN.
THE MONEY WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED OR THE DATE WILL BE RESCHEDULED.  IT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER COURSES OR SERVICES.

IF THE COURSE IS NOT TAKING PLACE IN CASE OF TECHNOLOGICAL FAILURES BY
GUIDOSVIPROOM, THE CLASS DATE WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

hOW cAN i aSK qUESTIONS?
- Questions can be asked WITHIN THE vip rOOM. bY sHARING QUESTIONS AND EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER STUDENTS WE HELP EACH OTHER.

dO i NEED TO PREPARE ANY MATERIALS TO FOLLOW THE CLASS?
 - nO, YOU DON'T NEED TO ORGANIZE ANY MATERIALS. tO SAFE TIME AND SHARE AS MUCH KNOWLEDGE AS POSSSIBLE MOST BALLOONS ARE PRE-INFLATED. tHERE is no NEED FOR HANDS ON, EXCEPT WHEN SPECIFICALLY MENTION PRIOR TO THE CLASS.
